Privacy at Watch Eric
Watch Eric uses privacy-conscious first-party analytics by default to understand which watches, pages, and stories visitors find useful. You can turn analytics off below at any time. Browser-level Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals are honored automatically.
Analytics controls
Current setting: Checking…
Page visits, meaningful clicks, watch impressions and detail views, filter use, referral source, device type, approximate location, and active time.
We do not record passwords, the words you type into forms or search, precise GPS location, payment information, or raw IP addresses.
A random pseudonymous visitor ID and a per-tab session ID connect events into a journey. These are not your name or contact details.
Country, region, and city are inferred by the hosting network. The IP is masked to a broad network prefix and irreversibly hashed before storage.
Analytics records are retained for up to 180 days. You can turn analytics off and clear your browser identifiers using the controls above.
If you submit an inquiry, Watch Eric stores the information you intentionally provide so the team can respond. When analytics is active, the inquiry can be associated with that browsing journey, but the words you type are never copied into analytics events.
